So yesterday Melody and i travelled halfway round Singapore. The East and the North. i spent a total of 11 bucks and 4 hours! I must say that it didnt feel lik 4 hours. But it was sure tiring.
This was our original plan:
To take a train from orchard to tampiness because melody wanted to go home to get her clothes then we will take bus 67 to my place to chill then she will take 961 to woodlands to stayover at vin house!
This was what happened:
We took a train to tampiness. Took a bus to her place. And we waited very long for the bus because melody didnt want to take the other 2 buses available as she said they will take quite some time to reach her place. (did i mention she has bad direction sense?) hahah.
At her place, she bathed and packed her stuffs. We then left her place as we realised we were quite late already! 1140pm! Took a bus back and we missed 67!! wanted to take 969 to woodlands but we missed it too! Lucky it was the last friday of the month, so there were extended trains home. Caught a train (greenline), then Pipat called and asked if we wanted to bbq at sebangwang. We took quite long to decide but went in the end. So we changed to the red line (woodlands line) at cityhall.
But bad things just have to happen, they had an accident at town and were still at town when we were reaching already. So melody dropped of at Admiralty and i continued the train to bukit batok then took a cab back to my place. i didnt know that west mall was so far from my place mann. Costed me 7bucks. from town it will cost me 10bucks only la.
So yes, a long friday night i had.
Lets see what Saturday night will bring. :)
Come to think of it. Geraldine had a long friday too.!
